They help me book tickets, change flights, or cancel if I cannot travel. They also explain baggage rules, check-in time, and travel documents. I like going to the ANA office because I can ask all my questions. The staff always give clear answers. They also help me if I have a problem with my ticket. The office is open Monday to Friday during the day. I usually call before I go, just to make sure they are open. If I cannot visit, I use the ANA website or call the hotline. Both are easy to use. The ANA Manila office helps make my travel easy and smooth. I feel safe and ready for my trip after visiting them. If you are flying with ANA I recommend going to their office in Manila.
